Chef's Lunch - Billnäs Wine & Food
As part of the Billnäs Wine & Food event, you can also enjoy a delicious four-course lunch, designed and prepared by Filip Langhoff and Linda Stenman-Langhoff, the couple who own Restaurant Segel in Hanko. The lunch will be served in the recently renovated wing of Billnäs' Iso Paja, which offers a beautiful view of the Mustionjoki river. Lunch will be served at tables.
Filip Langhoff, who has also headed the kitchen of a Michelin-starred restaurant, together with sommelier Linda Stenman-Langhoff, have designed a delicious 4-course lunch based as much as possible on local ingredients.
To participate in the lunch, you also need an admission ticket to the event itself.
Come and enjoy local delicacies with your friends or family. Lunch will be held on both days at 1:00 PM.

- Lightly smoked whitefish, grandma's cucumber and dill
- Chanterelle risotto, spruce sprouts and parmesan
- Duck from Raasepori, beetroot, miso and black trumpet mushroom sauce
- Raspberry mousse and roasted white chocolate.
