The event is organised by Ceesta Oy (Business ID: 2293729-1) and Billnäsin Ruukki Oy (Business ID: 2237471-6). Billnäsin Ruukki Oy (Business ID: 2237471-6, alcohol license number 30045932) is responsible for ticket sales, alcohol sales, and serving alcohol during the event. The event organisers are responsible for the event and any potential programme changes or cancellations. Alcohol will be served at the event, so it is forbidden for those under 18 years of age.

After purchasing tickets, you will receive an order confirmation in your email, as well as a second message regarding your order, from which you can download the ticket or save it to your Apple Wallet.
Please check your reservation and tickets carefully to ensure you are purchasing tickets for the correct date. Paid and purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed.

Tickets purchased for events can only be refunded if the event is cancelled or rescheduled to another date. If this happens, you can contact our customer service.
The right of cancellation for online purchases, as defined by the Consumer Protection Act, does not apply to so-called leisure products, which include, for example, entertainment, cultural, and sports events, hobby courses, and equipment rental.
The customer is responsible for checking that the event has not been cancelled, as well as other event-related information and possible changes (e.g., age limit, opening hours) on the event's website or the event's ticket sales web store.

These terms of delivery and their interpretation shall be governed by Finnish law, excluding its provisions on the choice of law.
Any disputes arising from the terms of use and the contractual relationship shall primarily be settled through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be resolved in the first instance by the District Court of Helsinki. If the user is a natural person, the user has the right, according to Section 1 d of Chapter 12 of the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and Section 5 of Chapter 10 of the Code of Judicial Procedure (4/1734), to bring an action in the general court of first instance of the locality within whose jurisdiction the user has a domicile or permanent residence in Finland. If the user is a natural person, the user also has the right to submit the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.

These terms of delivery will come into force on 1 January 2026 and will remain valid until further notice. The customer accepts the terms of delivery when purchasing tickets from the service.
