In conjunction with the Billnäs Wine & Food event, you can also enjoy a delicious four-course lunch, designed and prepared by Filip Langhoff and Linda Stenman-Langhoff, the owner couple of Restaurant Segel in Hanko. The lunch will be served in the newly renovated wing of Billnäs Isos Paja, which offers beautiful views of the Mustio River. Lunch will be served at tables.
Filip Langhoff, who has also led the kitchen of a Michelin-starred restaurant, together with sommelier Linda Stenman-Langhoff, have designed a delicious 4-course lunch based as much as possible on local ingredients.
Come and enjoy local delicacies with your friends or family. Lunch will be held on both days at 13:00.
To attend the lunch, you also need an entrance ticket to the event itself.
Menu
- Lightly smoked whitefish, grandma's cucumber, and dill
- Chanterelle risotto, spruce shoot, and parmesan
- Duck from Raasepori, beetroot, miso, and black trumpet mushroom sauce
- Raspberry mousse and roasted white chocolate.
To accompany your lunch, you can choose and order a wine package curated by sommelier Linda Stenman-Langhoff, or alternatively a non-alcoholic wine package. Please note that the wine package must be ordered separately in advance.
If there are challenges with the availability of any lunch ingredients, small changes may be made to the lunch.
