In connection with the Billnäs Wine & Food event, you can also enjoy a delicious four-course lunch, designed and prepared by Filip Langhoff and Linda Stenman-Langhoff, the owners of Restaurant Segel in Hanko. The lunch will be served in the newly renovated wing of Billnäs' Iso Paja, which offers a beautiful view of the Mustionjoki river. Lunch will be served at the tables.
Filip Langhoff, who has also led the kitchen of a Michelin-starred restaurant, together with sommelier Linda Stenman-Langhoff, has designed a delicious 4-course lunch based as much as possible on local ingredients.
Come and enjoy local delicacies with your friends or family. Lunch is held on both days at 1:00 PM.
To attend the lunch, you also need an admission ticket to the event itself.
Menu
- Lightly smoked whitefish, grandma's cucumbers and dill
- Chanterelle risotto, spruce sprouts and parmesan
- Duck from Raasepori, beetroot, miso and black trumpet mushroom sauce
- Raspberry mousse and roasted white chocolate.
To accompany your lunch, you can choose and order a wine package curated by sommelier Linda Stenman-Langhoff or, alternatively, an alcohol-free wine package. Please note that the wine package must be ordered separately in advance.
If there are challenges in the availability of any of the lunch ingredients, there may be small changes to the lunch.
