MC Pegasus, Veneto - LA July 31st, 5:30 PM - 6:20 PM
Available in stock
Viinitie created Pegasus wines together with Mirko Sella, owner and winemaker of the San Cassiano winery in Veneto. The inspiration for the wine series was sought from the starry sky of Veneto, and the wine series was named after the mythical figure Pegasus. The constellation shining in the autumn sky of Veneto during harvest time invites us to reach as far as possible and do things that many do not believe possible.
Time: SAT 31.7. 5:30 PM - 6:20 PM
This lecture will be held in English
Pegasus - Veneto wines from Prosecco to Amarone
In addition to traditional Veneto grape varieties, the Pegasus wines also sought to playfully experiment with drying internationally known grapes, which led to the creation of the first wine in the series, the appassimento-style Stellarossa. Over time, the product family has expanded to include Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, and Amarone della Valpolicella, together creating extremely flavorful wines with unbeatable value for money.
Pegasus wines are produced under the guidance of Mirko Stella at the San Cassiano family estate, located in Mezzane di Sotto, in the famous Valpolicella district of the Veneto region of Italy.
In this tasting lecture, under the guidance of the warm-hearted winemaker-owner Mirko Stella, you will get to know the wines of the region and learn more about the production and characteristics of Veneto wines.
Wines to be tasted:
- Prosecco Extra Dry, Pegasus
- Pinot Grigio, Pegasus
- Stellarossa, Pegasus
- Amarone della Valpolicella, Pegasus
